What mail do you use? Members with Yahoo have problems receiving them. This is from their web site:

That is the same problem I had. All will be O.K. and you will get all money you earn from the start of your upgrade.

I don't know about every day payments. Why don't you wait to earn at least 10$ so you can buy another slot and make some more money? I think this is the best way to double your income.
