I think the problem will be solved today. I got this reply from AdRaker support:

I think that misunderstanding is been sorted out. Support team from AdRaker updated my account. Her is the proof:

well i upgraded my account 2 days back
then they showed upgraded status a day back
but even after i read the mail and 24 hours later i did not see any earnings allocated to my account
i just sent the support ticket
lets see what happens

Don't worry. I had the same problem and they solved it soon after I submit ticket to their support center.
